According to your clinical symptoms i suppose that you are having poor oral hygiene and various tooth problems.
A thorough clinical examination by the Dentist is required.
Decayed tooth can be filled, root canal treatment can be performed after draining abscess from the tooth.
Go for complete mouth scaling and polishing in every six months.
Maintain a good oral hygiene.
Brush your teeth twice daily, use antiseptic mouthwash rinses twice daily.

If there is abscess associated with the molar, then it must be treated with antibiotics & drainage. Drainage can be done here by reopening the previously filled canals .

Incision might be required in severe cases.

You need to visit your dentist for thorough examination, i.e. both clinical & radiological.

As you are getting several abscesses since childhood, ask your dentist to demonstrate proper brushing technique & brush twice & regularly to maintain oral hygiene to optimum level.
