Severe Pins And Needles In Right Foot, Blurred Vision, Jaw Pain And Constant Headaches. Diabetic, Fibromyalgia. Is It Glaucoma ?

Hi ,I just wanted to tell you whats been going on with me and a bit about my health background and see if you can come up with anything? I am 44, Ive been a Type 1 Diabetic for 5 and a half years. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia about 24 years ago. I had a lapband approx 13 years ago which failed, causing a perforated bowel, peritonitis, septicaemia etc. I then had a gastric bypass. More recently, about 16 days ago I woke up with severe pins and needles in my right foot, which proceeded to include arms and legs on my right side, then the following day it began on my left side, my face and my tongue. I have had blurred vision, jaw pain and constant headaches, extreme fatigue and occassional difficulty with my speech. My GP noticed my haemoglobin was low so ordered an iron study which showed my hb levels at 85, 3%. Any ideas? I am booked in for MRIs on my brain and Neck. I had an eye exam and scan, leaving my optometrist referring me to an opthalmologist as she is 50/50 on whether Im developing Glaucoma.
