Severe Hairfall. Using Minixidil Soln 5%, Keraglo Evaod, Methylprednisolone, Capixyl Gel. Weakened Hair With No Effective Growth Of Hair. Help

respected sir my sister has a hair fall problem(alopecia areata) from two years and she uses minixidil soln 5% but in some areas no effective growth of hairs is noticed and weakning of hair is still a problem and the current medicine she used is keraglo eva od,minoxidil 5%soln bd, methylprednisolone 8mg od, capixyl gel.plz guide me

Minoxidil gives good result in male patient where the male bald head patron is there, in female the use of minoxidil is limited, the under laying cause of hair fall need to be investigated in female case , If I would be Doctor of your sister then I would definitely ask for the systemic test like Thyroid hormone test, Liver function test, kidney function test etc, then and then I would come on some conclusion, because most of the time in female case the causes of hair fall have systemic reasons rather than local, take care of your sister have nice day.
