Severe Edema On Both Legs. Ankle, Feet Tender, Back, Knees, Wrist Hurts. Hypothyroidism Controlled. Cure?

Hi, m 33 yr old mother of one kid. Often get the problem of severe pitting edema of both legs n feet on regular house chores. Additionally, my ankles, feet ( bones of the toes) becomes tender like a fracture has happened. My back hurts alot too. Now my wrists n knees have also started hurting.
Pmh of hypothyroidism, controlled . Vit D deficiency plus Ca deficiency, also normal levels. Treated anemia.
Ongoing problems of eczema.please help

there are several reasons for pitting edema (these are nutritional deficiency specially protein deficiency besides Kidney and heart disease) which need to be excluded and as you mentioned your Thyroid problem (Hypothyroidism) is treated and controlled no need to worry from that score.
AS you suffer from ankle and feet tenderness you may be painful and you have pain as if fracture has happened It will be good to undergo an XRY or MRI that will rule out possibility of underlying bone disease and joint involvement(arthritis etc)
Moreover as you have Vid D deficiency some problems that you mentioned may be due to same and you need to undergo Vit D supplementation (that can be prescribed by family physician.
