Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding severe cough, blocked nose, chest congestion, tightness in chest and becomes drowsy on turning head.

Your clinical history of illness indicates that most likely you are having respiratory tract infection involving nose and sinuses, throat and lungs and at the same time it had extended to ear and developed the labyrinthitis thus you are feeling dizziness.

Above may be viral or bacterial or mixed and all these may be diagnosed by a thorough examination and necessary investigations only than correct treatment may be planned out.

Regards.
