Symptomatic relief can be obtained by intake of antacids like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole (to be taken half an hour before meals) in combination with Domperidone. You need to maintain adequate hydration & nutrition status of your body. Avoid lipid rich diet & gas forming food products like cabbage, etc. Do regular exercise & avoid stress.
