Sensation Of Urgency In Surroundings, Moving Things When I'm Tired. What Is Wrong?

I occasionally have a weird feeling that is very difficult to explain. The best way to describe it is that it feels as if everything moves very fast. I have had this a few times when I was younger and very occasionally in the last years. (I am now 18) It happenes especially when I am very tired or ill. In these moments, I realize everything moves at a normal speed, but at the same time it feels as if I move with 0000 miles per hour. Also, everything seems to be smaller and I get the feeling that everything is very urgent. I would therefore almost say it can be described as a kind of adrenaline rush, only without the physical symptoms. After about 10 minutes the feeling stops, but it really freaks me out. Do you know what it is?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your problem description. I suggest you not to worry too much. You already described that you are having some weird feeling. Yes. You should better treat them as just weird feelings. Weird feelings are supposed to be ignored, otherwise, they grew inside us as anxiety and as illusions or delusions.

Then you will be needing psychiatric treatment. It is better not to have to visit a psychiatrist for these silly problems. I sincerely suggest you to ignore such problems as they are simply 'weird'.

Hope this clears your doubts. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
