Hello,
I just read your query. Tickling sensation is related to nerves and as you have mentioned about peeling of skin, there might be chances of exposure of nerves and it might be causing you this type of sensation.
So I advise you to visit a nearby physician, so that he can do clinical examination and find out the proper cause. Once the proper cause will be ruled out it will be easier for you to take treatment.
I hope you find my answer helpful.
Thank you.
