Right Shoulder Sore, Weak, Pain On Movement, Neck Numb, No Injury. Possible Reason?

well, i have been expericing some things like pain. but my right shoulder is sore and weak, i have trouble pulling clothes from my dryer, can't sleep on that side, and painful raising my arm. gotta raise it slowly and too painful to like hold my arm above my head. also my neck is numb on one side. feels funny. i stuck a safety pin where i was trying to show my husband where it felt numb, and i didnt feel even the stick or pressure. i havent fallen or played baseball or anything. im 58 years old and seems ive always known my body, yet i continue to have these things which make me feel weak and off balance. always saying ,'watch my arm, and my hump is number today". im probably just getting old like my husband says, right?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having degenerative changes in your shoulder and cervical spines giving rise to Peri-artheritis of shoulder joint and cervical spondilitis.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Regular physiotherapy will help a lot.
Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
