Does Neck Injury Cause A Thyroid Nodule To Grow?

Could a neck injury similar to whiplash it actually was a 45 lb weight bar hitting the back of the head and knocking the person face down cause a thyroid nodule to grow ? Injury was 2013 and a second neck injury in 2014 with the nodule being found in 2015?

it can not cause thyroid nodule but can cause cervical spondilytis. it can cause injury to cervical spine with radiating pain to hand. use neck color. and avoid pillow at bed time.
