Right Hip Pain With Pinkish Blood Discharge. What Might Be Wrong?

Hi Doctor. My girlfiend has pain above the hip. Mostly right side and today she had a pinkish blood discharg on the panties. And when i went to the bathroom i noticed a drop of blood on the seat. Whats wrong with her is it normall or we need to be alarmed to such.

Hello....your history is incomplete, a detail history is required regarding her last menustrual period, her menustrual cycles, is it a right lower abdominal pain, or was it a radiating pain . ....she may be having her menustral periods starting. ....Sometimes some women have spotting and pain during ovulation period.....Only after a detail history and if required after an examination, the underlying cause can be known...hope i was helpful to you. ..
