Repetitive cough, cold, fever

My 2 year old always gets a cough , cold and fever a few days after we swim. She loves the water and is under neath the water a lot with her head etc, She is also currently cutting 4 back teeth and this seems to also be always in connection when she gets a cough fever which seems to be around every 4-6 weeks it reoccures, she is happy and playing and sleeping fine but a little off her food?

Children at this usually get frequent attacks of cough, cold and fever as the immune system is developing. If the weight gain is normal and the child is active and playful there is no need to worry. I hope she is not anemic. Give her fresh fruits, some vegetables regularly and small quantity of honey occasionally. These will strengthen her immune system.
