Hello

As you have insomnia you are likely to be inactive during the day time. Smoking is highly hazardous that aggravates asthmatic attacks and causes mental disturbances resulting in insomnia. You should make an effort to reduce and quit smoking and seek medical help for the same. It is also essential to rule out diabetes and hypertension. Painless bleeding in stools associated with constipation can be due to hemorrhoids that can be treated with dietary modification. Continued symptoms require evaluation.
