Reflux, Omeperazole,anemic,reflux Worsens With Iron Tablets
my son is 18month year old. he has reflux from 14 month ago and take omeperazole .he is anemic. i cant get him iron because when i get him iron his reflux become worth. and he cant tolerate any formula.my question is what should i do whit his anemia? is the anemia affect on his growth?

You should start semisolid food follwed by solid food in place of formula milk. feed in semi reclined posture. when reflux is taken care of, you can start iron supplemented food as well as food rich in iron. Hemoglobin in this age group is always less than adult levels. So nothing to worry.
