Redness On Face, Darkness On Lips. Used Skinlite Cream. What Is The Reason?

I'm using skinlite cream for more then 8 months and my skin colour has increased and now I'm getting a red colour marks on my face . I think it occur because of skinlite . and if leave for 2 days my skin colour starts changing to it original. my body is fair but my face only looks dark so only I started using skinlite to get even skin tone so now I request u to suggest me is it ok to have skinlite cream .
and an important ting my face looks fair and my lips became dark /purple
what should I do to overcome all these pls suggest me In need of ur help

Skinlite cream contains mometasone which is a potent steroid.Its long term use can damage the face and cause permanent redness.
Visit a qualified dermatologist for proper treatment.
Glycolic acid peels can help a lot in the pigmentation over face.
