Reddish Pimples In The Vagina, Thick White Discharge. Had Unprotected Sex. Is That The Reason?

I have about 6 reddish pimple like bumps all around my vagina , milky white discharge and it s not like cottage cheese. This discharge has an odd smell that I can t describe. Whenever i wipe from using the bathroom the bumps become very irritated. I had unprotected sex about 2 to 3 weeks ago and the guy has ad sex with at least over 20 different girls. What is this?

OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
There is possibility of vaginal infection. It can be due to either herpes, mollascum contagiosum, yeast infection etc.
The exact nature of the lesions can only be told after examination.
So you once consult gynecologist, get examined to find out the actual nature of the lesions and take treatment.
Maintain abstinence till healing of the infection. Better to use barrier method of contraception in future.
