Red Spots On Neck, White Spots On Cheek, Spreading, Flares Up While Sweating, Neck Gets Ashy. Any Ideas?

i have red spots on my neck and white spots on my cheek, i have had tinea versicolor in the past, but it is getting worst it has spread to the side of my face on my cheeks where my beard would sit , sometimes it flares up when i sweat, sometimes my neck gets ashy and dry and the red spots turn white and dry ashy looking... can you help me describe what i have ??

Hi
This could be a relapse of tinea versicolor.
Do u have dandruff? In that case there is also a possibility of seborrheic dermatitis.
Relapses in both cases are common and you might be advised a maintainence therapy once you have completed the intensive course of treatment.
Regular application of ketoconazole based shampoo applied appropriarely might help.
