How To Treat White Spots Inside Mouth In A 4.2 Years Old Child?

Hi Doctor,



My 4.2 years daughter is having white spots in deep interior of mouth.My doctor has suggested Roxid Syrup and Septillin syrup and advised white spots are some pus like substance deposited. Please advise on above medicines and white spots seen.
