Red Rash Around Hips. Reaction To Nylon?
Hi, I have a red rash around my hips and bikini line...it isn t itchy and hasn t spread beyond the two spots...looks similar to hives but isn t raised or bumpy. Showed up after wearing nylon underwear so I stopped wearing them but the rash hasn t disappeared yet...it s been 3 days. Could it be something other than a reaction to the nylon?

If it was allergic due to reaction against it would be a itchy lesion .The chances on it based on your description to be a fungal infection is more.
I suggest you to apply a cream called Cannestine which will help you get rid of the same.

not itchy.....is not fungus..,
It could be allergic to contact allergen or Nylon..,
Fungus have marginal active spreading lesions with more itchy..,
mainly on creases part...Groins and buttocks..,not in bikini line and around hips..,
So follow..,
1) Tab...Levocetrizine daily nght times...,
2) Tab...Ofloxacin 200 mg daily 2 times for 3 days..,
3) Tab..Betamethasone 1 mg daily morning times 1 week.,
4) Topical application of Betamethasone and gentamycin cream..,
morning and evening times..,
