Red Dot Under Skin, Numb Palm. Have Flu, Healing From Gout Attack. Is This The Cause For Concern?

Hi, I have red dots under my skin that's somewhat numb in here palms of my hand and also under my feet. I currently have a flu and am taking DayQuil. I also am healing from a long episode of gout attack so I'm taking vimovo twice a day and 300mg of allopurinol daily.

These red dots also causes a slight itch.

Is this a side effect of my medication? Is it serious?

Hi red dots on palms and soles which is causing itching can be due to drug induced erythema multiforme .it can be due to allopurinol.it can be cured by atarax 25 mg at night.antibiotic twice daily and use of short course of oral steriods and application of calsmine lotion over the lesions .rule out any vascular disorder
