Red Discoloration On The Head Of Penis, Bumps. Yeast Infection?

I have a red discoloration on the head of my penis. The area has small bumps but no secretions, doesn't itch and seems to remain the same size. A local PA examined me and said he thought it was a yeast infection, a cream was recommended, but does not seem to be helping. What do you think is the problem and what should I do??

Hi,
It seems that you might be having fungal infection or soreness due to collection of smegma.
Apply triple acting cream like Lobate-GM locally.
Keep part clean, dry and airy.
Okand take care.
