Recurring Chest Pain, Difficulty In Breathing, Lower Back Pain And Problems With Throat. What Is The Cure?

I have been getting sudden chest pains they come and go abit like indigestion but doesn't occur after meal times. I sometimes struggle to breath and have to concentrate on my breathing. I have lower back pain and constantly have a sick feeling in my throat. What will help?

i have read your query
as you are saying you will be relieved of your chest pain after taking meals it might be most likely a duodenal ulcer for which you need to take PPI(omeprazole,rabiprazole) for 4-6 weeks daily prior eating food in morning
