Reason For Sore Breasts, Cramps But No Periods?

I am 22 years old. I had protected sex, (was on the ortho patch) around the 25th-26th of January. I had my period February 3rd-7th but mostly brown discharge and dark blood. This month March I was suppose to get it around the same time but have no gotten it. I have sore breasts and have been cramping a lot. So I am late a whole week but I took three pregnancy tests at home and they have all been negative. Can I still be pregnant?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Pregnancy tests are normally accurate if done 11 to 14 days after the probable time of conception. If the tests were done in this time frame they are likely accurate and you are not pregnant.

There are other causes of period delay such as: (1) emotional or physical stress or illness
(2) inadequate diet
(3) extreme physical activity
(4)abnormal levels of thyroid hormone
(5)abnormal levels of a hormone called prolactin
(6)polycystic ovarian syndrome

I hope this helps
