stopped taking loestrin 24 fe five weeks ago and still no period. The last period I had was at Christmas. after that cycle stopped I took three more pills and then no more. Now I have not had my period since, but I had cramps last week like I was about to start but never did. I wake up every morning constipated, but later in the day the constipation goes away. What is going on? Could i be having side effects from the pill still 5 weeks later. My doctor prescribed me Loestrin 24 fe because I had quit taking the depo shot (only had that once) and I was having my period every two weeks. So it was suppose to regulate me, and it did. but when I quit taking it I havent had a period since.
