Reason For Having Painful Hard Lump Behind Ear And Swallowing Difficulty

I have had a hard lump in the back of my ear for 3 days first it was in the pain was in the left ear then moved over to the right ear so when i felt the back of my right ear their was a hard lump, i find it pain full when swallowing things i.e food, water. Any ideas what it could be

From history it seems that you might be having enlarge tender lymph nodes giving this problem.
It shows that you might be having some ear infection.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
