Large Movable Lump On Neck, Sinus Infection, Swallowing Difficulty. Treatment?

Large tender lump on front left side of neck . Had sinus infection prior to this. When I detected it,I had difficulty in swallowing so my doctor gave me another round of antibiotics . Swallowing isn t a problem now but the lump has not gone down. I actually think it feels harder than before. This lump is every bit as big as a golf ball and not moveable. Should I see a ear nose throat doctor?
