Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You had hysterectomy and it is not total hysterectomy as the ovaries are left.
Only in total hysterectomy the hormone replacement therapy is given to supplement the estrogen level. Now if you use premarin it will in excess of the body requirement.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment .
The increase in weight may be due to the food, or sedentary life.
You can keep weight under control, by avoiding fats, fries, junk foods, and oily foods.
Increase your activity by practicing, morning walk, yoga, gardening, and do any work in front of you.
Minimize the sleeping time ,practice late to bed, and early to rise, avoid day time sleep.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
