Brief Answer:
Depleted gut flora.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query my dear patient.
Have gone through your details and i appreciate your concerns.
As per your query,

Problem 1- first stage fatty liver reported and high SGOT and SGPT.

To have any clinical significance enzymes of liver should be elevated at least three times the normal value.
I have seen your reports and your enzymes levels are almost normal and has no clinical significance.
These enzymes are usually produced by liver cells and a part of it diffuses into blood stream.
Mild fatty liver increases permeability of liver cells increases mildly causing increase in diffusion of liver enzymes level in blood.
So don't worry.
Some food plans are=
-Whole grains are very beneficial to consume. These can be in the form of XXXXXXX whole wheat bread or cereal, brown rice, whole grain pasta, grains such as whole oats, wild rice, rye, oatmeal and corn are also beneficial and can be taken if suits your food pattern.
-Fruits and vegetables should be a significant part of any diet to help in recovering from a liver disease. They are full of essential nutrients and are easy to digest. When on recovery diet follow a high carbohydrate diet,Fat contents of diet should be very low. However Olive oil, canola oil and flaxseed oil are all healthy fats that are recommended as part of a diet for patients.

You can take Liv 52 tablet once daily.

Problem 2-I have been having stomach cramps, two to three times semi solid motions, and Gas Issues.

The problem you are having is disturbed Gastro intestinal flora. The intestinal microflora is a complex ecosystem containing over 400 bacterial species. Anaerobes outnumber facultative anaerobes. The flora is sparse in the stomach and upper intestine, but luxuriant in the lower bowel. The intestinal flora is capable of fermenting indigestible carbohydrates (dietary fiber) to short-chain fatty acids such as acetate, propionate, and butyrate. The major source of such fermentable carbohydrate in the human colon is plant cell wall polysaccharides such as pectins, cellulose, and hemicellulose. The acids produced from these fiber substrates by bacteria can be an important energy source for the host.
The gut flora helps to neutralize some of the toxic by-products of digestion, reduce harmful substances (such as toxins and carcinogens), and discourage 'bad' bacteria and yeasts. It also helps to stimulate the digestive process and aid the absorption of nutrients, as well as producing vitamins including B and K.
So any problem with this flora causes symptoms like gastric pain, burping, poor digestion etc.
I would suggest you to take probiotic for few weeks. Probiotic's will help to restrore the depleted intestinal flora,Along with probiotics B complex are to be taken.Once the flora is replenished all problems related to digestion will improve. Below are some prescription medications that can be taken only after valid prescription from local doctor.
Take Norflox tz twice daily for 5 days.
Cap Vizylasc twice daily for 5 days
Tab Pantop 40 mg once daily(for gas)

follow up after 5 days.

I wish you a fast recovery.

Please attach the medication list you are on with reports.
