Rapid Heart Beats, Numbness On The Tongue, Headache And Stinging In The Hands. Stress Related?

Hello,

I am a 29 yr old African American woman. I have recently been having a few symptoms that are a little frightening. For the past two weeks I have been having on and off rapid heart beats, dizzy spells, tip of my tongue feels numb, dull headache and stinging in my has and it feels like I'm not getting enough blood flow in my arm (this rotates arms). I have been under a bit of stress and wasn't sure if this things are from the stress or not. Are these thing that I need to be concerned about?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

You know that you were understress lately. This stress could trigger stress related anxiety for some time. Elavated heart rate, hypochondrisis asociated with that heart rate and fear might have triggered other symptoms.

Believe in this way and wait for another week. Try deep breathing and relxation technique thrice daily. You should see difference within a week. If not, consult your GP for further advice.

Wish you speedy recovery.
