Radiology Report Says Cyst On Ovary, Cyst Or Possible Prominent Vessels Present In The Cervix. Explain

I am 25. I was just reading a radiology report that states information about an obstetrical ultrasound that was given to me on 3/27/13. The report says that I have a cyst on my ovary and a cyst or possible prominent vessels present with in the cervix I am really worried and the dr didn't even mention anything about this. What should I do.
