dear doctor, my mother is suffering by a periodic problem for the past one year, for one periodic cycle the bleeding was 7 - 15 days, she got stomach pain and body pain too. then we took a scan after consulting a doctor. in that ultrasonic scan it says myometrial echoes are homogenous - echo masses - larger - 3.8. Is that any problem? somebody told her to remove the uterus . can we cure this by medicine or do we should go for an operation?
