Problem of irregular periods and fertility

Hi, I am 25 year old (unmarried) woman and have been observing irregular periods from past 3-4 months. Previously I used to get them on time but now they have become quite irregular. I have read about the reasons like - stress, change in your lifestyle or daily routine or extra workout. For past few months i had been having a very irregular routine like irregular sleeping hours/ eating time since I am working from home.I recently started going to gym. But now what I am worried about is that I have been told by many people that it becomes difficult to conceive for woman in her 30's since the quality of eggs starts reducing. Is there any way to find out medically that things are functioning normally or not and how healthy am I ?

Hi.. Yes, stress and lifesytle modification do help in treating the irregular periods.. Fertility depends on various factors.. Apart from the age, various hormonal factors, uterine structures and other medical problems do play a role.. I would suggest, a complete health check up which would include a physical examination by a doctor and investigative test will help in knowing your present status and how fertile you are..
