Problem In Inhaling, Pain During Heart Beat. Reason For Taking Shallow Breath?

Ey. Yesterday I was playing football, and I got drilled by two people... imedeitly following, it hurt to inhale, and it still hurts when my heart beats. It hurts really bad when I do something such as getting out of bed. That causes me to take shallow breaths, because if I breathe in to a certain point it feels like a knife is stabbing my heart. What could it be??

It can be a fracture of the ribs.
Kindly get a chest xray or ctscan of the chest done.
Also it can be a hemorrhagic effusion in the pleura causing this
