Pregnant with severe back hurting, heard a sound on right side back. Suggestion?

Hi I am pregnant and my lower back was hurting then a couple weeks ago I went to get up and heard a pop on the right side lower back so now when I lay down go to move I can t cause it hurts so bad I start crying I have to have someone help me up and even when they do it still hurts so bad, I am only 18 weeks pregnant email is YYYY@YYYY

It sounds as though you could have strained or sprained your back muscle.
In pregnancy, most women are more prone to strains and sprains because of the pregnancy hormone progesterone, which tends to relax the muscles and you are more prone to injuries.
You could try over the counter preparations like pain relieving ointments. Apply gently to the area which hurts, but do not massage too much.
If there is no relief in a couple of days, you can go and see your doctor for check up and prescription of oral pain killers.
