Pregnant, Ultrasound Shows Small Chorio Decidual Bleed. Prescribed Sylate, Duphaston. Is The Fetus Safe?

Hi i m Tanu. I m 8 weeks pregnant. I had a TVS ultrasound last four days back and it says that i have a small chorio decidual bleed present. My last menstrual period was on 19th May, 2013. I m afraid weather my baby is safe or not..??
Doctor has prescribed Sylate 500 and Duphaston 10 mg twice daily.
Kindly help me and suggest wat is to be done and weather my pregnancy is safe or not..?

Thanks for your query.
A small chorio decidual bleed can lead to a miscarriage if the bleeding increases.
However, it can sometimes be managed conservatively with the medication.
COntinue the treatment as advised.
Take adequate bedrest, and avoid sex, stress , travelling etc.
Followup ultrasounds will show is the issue has resolved.
