Pregnant, Severe Sinusitis Infection. Given Clarithromycin. Is It Safe To Use?
Currently 25 weeks pregnant. Having severe sinusitis infection which lasted for about 1 month. Seek treatment. Given clarithromycin which is category c drug. Told by physician , it is fairly safe during second trimester. Is it safe to continue or shall I change to other drug? If change what drug should I change to? Currently on D4 of antibiotic
