Pregnant, Prescribed Gestofit, Ecosprin, Mashyne. Safe Medicines?

HI DOCTOR I M 10WEEKS & 6 DAYS PREGNANT MY GYN HAS ADVISED ME TO TAKE GESTOFIT 400MG SR, ECOSPRIN 75, MASHYNE1000, CORAL CALCIUM & DOXINATE FOR VOMITING .. ARE THESE TABLES ARE SAFE OR NOT ALSO I VE ONE ABORTION (D&C) AND AN ECTOPIC IN LAST YEAR.. KINDLY ADVISE WILL THESE TABLES ARE SAFE.. NOW AFTER TAKING DOXINATE I DON T HAVE ANY SYSMTOMS KINDLY ADVISE.

Hi, Thank you for the query. All these medications are appeared to be safe during pregnancy. but discontinuing ecosprin therapy prior to delivery is recommended. You don't need to be worried as you are in early months of the pregnancy and you are taking Ecosprin at low doses which is not harmful. Gestofit is for maintaining the pregnancy and Mashyne, Calcium are mineral supplements you need for your baby. Doxinate is for vomting. Hope, you will have a cute baby ! Take Care.
