Pregnant But HCG Level Not Doubling, Kindly Suggest
Hi, I really need your suggestion in this. I will write all my BHCG test results. The doctor who confirmed me Pregnant says that my levels are not doubling properly. I am very tensed as I have concieved after 4 years and I dont want anything to happen. She has written that I do a Sonography which will clear out everything. But my next appointment is only on 21st Feb. Do you suggest I go to her before that. Please let me know your suggestion and advice.I would also like to tell you that for the past two weeks I had severe cough and fever .Is it because of this sickness my HCG is not doubling or something else. My results are as below: LMP: 24/12/10. On cyclogest, Ovunal BHCG on 24/01/11: 263.4 27/01/11: 970.6 31/01/11: 2688 04/02/11: 4580. 08/02/11: 9209.8 I will highly appreciate your earliest reply. yes ,your doctor is right .your hcg level is not increasing in the way it should .
better to do ultrasound to find out the reason for it
it may be due to infection also
