Am I Pregnant When Serum Hcg Shows Positive Result?

Hi,iam 26 years old had pcos received clomid and fostimon injection and hcg inj on the last period ,now the cycle late for 10 days ,i do serum hcg 2 days ago and it was strong positive,am i pregnant ? or it's false positive result of having hcg inj 22 days ago?
