Well, I'm a nemic and I'm pregnant and i wanna know why my heart beats extremly hard and it seems fast. Also I've been getting lightheaded lately , my sight just black out. This is my first pregnancy and I'm scared , can you please help. Or should I go to the emergency room ?
Hi, Thanks for the query. During pregnancy the blood volume, heart beat etc will increase. Due to dilatation of blood vessels, blood pressure can decrease.
