Pregnant And Nemic. Why Is My Heart Beat Hard And Fast ?

Well, I'm a nemic and I'm pregnant and i wanna know why my heart beats extremly hard and it seems fast. Also I've been getting lightheaded lately , my sight just black out. This is my first pregnancy and I'm scared , can you please help. Or should I go to the emergency room ?

During pregnancy the blood volume, heart beat etc will increase.
Due to dilatation of blood vessels, blood pressure can decrease.

And this can lead to giddiness, blackouts sometimes.
Hypoglycemia can also contribute to this.
If you are getting these symptoms repeatedly, once consult gynecologist and get evaluated.
Check hemoglobin, blood sugar levels and blood pressure.
If everything is normal, no need to worry.
Increasing food intake, decreasing gap between meals can help sometimes.
