Your urine analysis report (with lot of pus cells) suggests Urinary tract infection.
You need to be treated with antibiotics.
Drink plenty of water.
Yes, you can have lemon juice.

it looks like normal urine analysis. except for protein presence, if your blood pressure is normal nothing to bother, since pus cells are more, may be you are having urinary tract infection, so kindly get the urine culture and sensitivity done. specially in pregancy it is important as it may affect pregnancy. amorphous urate indicate the high uric acid level, could be due to plenty of reasons like gout etc, it can also be due to cold storage of urine. due to protein and pus cells, meet your gynecologist.

YOu are pregnant. In pregnancy, UA is done monthly to moniter kidney function. -so that any problem can be detected earliest.
The current UA report reveals few things which are to be taken notice of.viz-
-The dark yellow colour,turbidity(with presence of proteins)low Ph(acidic urine),Amophus urates(again due to acidic urine)
-10-15pus cells /HPF
All of these show infection in urine ,which is to be immediately taken care of.
You will need antibiotic with alkaline mixture with a consultation of a GYnac.
A compleate &strict adherence to T/t regeim ,Regular check up of blood pressure ( with treatment to keep it normal-if needed), reular antenatal checkups & urine check ups are to be observed.
I dont think lime juice(diluted)has resulted this . The cause behind may be
-less water consumtion.
- late evacuation of bladder
-Local unhygine( with vaginal infection)
- Infection due to sexual relations
Please take plenty of water& avoid &be careful to avoid the causative factors.
The urine infection is to be treated immediately & compleatly-to avoid serious pregnancy complications.
