Pregnant. Swelling In Stomach, Paining, Pulled Fluid Off Ovaries. Treatment?

My sister had the iui procedure done on September 12th. It was confirmed that she is around 2 weeks pregnant. She is now experiencing a very swollen stomach due to her ovaries. Her doctor has pulled about 30 pounds of fluid off of her ovaries since last Monday (September 23) and is continuing to pull the fluid off of her now. The swelling of her stomach has continued as well as swelling in her vulva and has moved down to her thighs. Her doctor says to not worry, but she is in a lot of pain and the increased swelling is very alarming. She has also been constipated for 11 days now, and is normally a regular "go-er". Please help!

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The collection of fluids in the ovaries is not a normal finding. This is happening to your sister due to some pathology. The swelling in her body and legs is also related to a decreased venous outflow. She needs regular monitoring and an expert help for treatment.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
