Reviewing the above symptoms, I think we need to be concerned of a kidney stone. They are generally more common during
pregnancy as a result of the relaxing effects of
progesterone.
Back pain, blood in urine and
leucocytes without any germs are very suggestive, If this be the case, then the entire urine is going to be stained with blood.
It could still be a UTI. Not all UTI present with nitrites on dipstick. It is typical is the UTI is caused by a gram negative bacilli which are the most comon causes. If the UTI is caused by another germ, you will not have this. UTI are also more common during pregnancy.
For now, i will suggest you get consulted, do an abdominal
ultrasound, a urine culture. This will make the picture clearer. You may also take some pain medications and increase oral fluids intake. It is of great help in either case.
