You seem to be suffering from a bad case of pharyngitis and/or sinusitis. The following will help:
a. Warm saline gargles atleast 3-4 times a day will bring down the inflammation and will help relieve the pain that you are having.
b. Take tablet benadryl 1 tablet at bed time. If you are currently off from work, take this in the day as well. It would make you sleepy. So avoid driving or handling any machinery after you take this.
c. A combination of the antibiotics amoxicillin-clavulanate for 5 days and levofloxacin for 3 days will help relieve your symptoms. Please speak with your physician about this.
d. Steam inhalation atleast twice daily will help unclog your sinuses and make you feel better.

Hope this helps .
