Possibility Of Having HPV(Human Papilloma Virus)due To Few Bumps Noticed On The Penis

I'm a male. I've been told in the past that I might have HPV because of a few bumps forming on the skin above my penis. they seem to only appear when I masterbate frequent. Mutiple times a day sometimes. Any advise on what could be causing the bumps to appear

However, a clinical assessment and relevant investigations are required to diagnose the condition.
Biopsy of the lesion may be required for diagnosis and thus management.
