Hello,

You developed white bumps on scrotum and shaft of penis after sex. You also have bumps on head of the penis. Many factors can lead to bumps like allergic reactions, tight clothing, contact with irritants, STDs, irritation, sweating, underlying medical conditions if any. You are suggested to take care of your hygiene, wear loose fitting cotton clothes. Take regular bath, do not share your clothes or toiletries with anyone.

Wash your clothes in hot water frequently. You need not worry about pearly penile papules as they are harmless, they are not STDs and require no treatment. However, get clinically examined by a Urologist to detect / rule out genital warts. They are sexually transmitted infections caused by human papillomavirus (HPV). If detected positive, you will be treated with antibiotics /antivirals. Do not touch or scratch.

Maintain proper penile hygiene, avoid use of harsh soaps, wear soft cotton undies and avoid ill-fitting inner wears. Get STD test done (both partners) to stay on the safer side. Avoid sex for a couple of days. Do not pop or squeeze the bumps, this can lead to secondary infection. You can apply hydrocortisone ointment to ease itching. Neosporin ointment also works well.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
