OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

First of all, you need to get pelvic examination by your gynecologist and one vaginal swab test is required to confirm the diagnosis.

You should eliminate some aggravating factors like diabetes, using OCP/ IUD, poor genital hygiene, scented bath products/ chemical cosmetics/ soap etc.

To combat yeast infection, you need to take oral anti fungal medication along with vaginal suppository for 5-7 days at bed time.

Take healthy diet with antioxidant supplement, maintain genital hygiene with proper shaving & washing, practice protected sex with condom.

Be well.
