Instead of using supatret c for an hour only apply it over areas of involvement overnight. However use very small amounts and do not rub as it can lead to irritation of skin. Also if one is not having much response, you can start with oral isotretinoin 20 mg for 10 to 15 days. To prevent further recurrences it is always better to get your comedones extracted manually or by radiofrequency. Once your skin is clear, use a mild face and a water based moisturiser to keep skin healthy and acne free. Take care.
