Persistent Dry Cough, Painless Hard Lump Below Chin, No Relief With Amnoxillin

hi i have had a dry cough for weeks and my gp sent me for a chest xray have heard nothing back for 2 weeks i was given amnoxillin which hasnt done much .. recently i noticed a hard lump located below my chin in my neck its painless doesn t move and is about the size of a pea its really worrying me (

according to the history seems to be long standing respiratory infection .
The lump may be an enlarged Lymphnode due to chronic infection. But consult a Gen.Medicine Doctor to rule out the things and change of the medicine for effective treatment. .
