Persistent Acne, Have Tried Antibiotics, Creams But In Vain. What Is The Permanent Remedy?

i id like to ask regarding acne i went to skin clinic ive seen one of the nurse there and they presribe me their product. but until now i dont see the result my acne is getting worst, back home i got a dermatologest he prescribe me antiobiotic im not quit sure the name i think ethromycin that the antibiotic it lasted for 1 month then he give me also cream like retinol , glycolic acid , bezoyperoxide im not quit sure but he give me strong cream and i can feel that how ichy my face and for 1 month i saw the result but how come in skin clinic its not the dr who seen me the nurse but it should be work what they given me but looks like not happen. can u give me advice about my acne pls and which the best dermatologist in london for acne ?

the oily secretions in skin causes acne and only best agent working on skin acne is doxycycline and minocycline
keep skin dry and airy and sweat free
ointments creams and other applications on skins should be discontinued for some months
use non toxic soaps shampoo oils and body application materials
use of non oily non greesy and non spicy foods lot of warm water in diets
if you can withdraw milk and diary proteins completely from diet for 3 months
take antiallergic ebastine 10 mg sos for itch
doxycycline 100 mg bd for 2 weeks now and sos if it is infected pimples on skin
apply clindamycin gel bd on face and calamine once a day
apply tretinoic acid gel at night before sleep and switch off light as it reacts with light
continue 3 months and you will be muuch better
